LS1 Z Ducting Kit

Why You Might Want To Assemble Ducting. Ducting cooler outside air from in front of the radiator to the air cleaner can increase engine horsepower 5% (more than some headers)! Getting the kit makes it easier.

What It Looks Like Installed. We used the kit on this particular LS1 V8.  

Note the use of the 4 x 3.5 x 90 Rubber elbow (from throttle-body to MAF); 1 ft of 3-1/2" aluminum tubing, and 2 pieces of 3-1/2" x 90 rubber elbows. Note that the straight "legs" of the 3-1/2" 90" rubber elbows are 1-3/4" long. A 1-1/2" section can be cut off to attach the MAF to the aluminum tubing.

The kit includes:

• 4 x 3.5 x 90 Rubber elbow (from throttle-body to MAF
• 1 ft of 3-1/2" aluminum tubing
• 2 pieces of 3-1/2" x 90 rubber elbows
• 1 hose clamp 4.0
• 5 hose clamps 3.5

You might want to add a few of our high-quality linered hose clamps for securing the ducting at $2 bucks each when you place your order.
